How to add an AI assistant to Realsee and other 3D tours

Hand holding a phone running a Path virtual tour, with the AI concierge on screen

To add an AI assistant to a Realsee tour, link the tour's public share URL in Path. Path embeds your Realsee tour inside its own tour page and wraps it with an AI concierge that answers buyer questions by voice or text, 24/7, in 42+ languages. The same works for Enviz, Marble and other 3D tour links, with a few differences from Matterport that are worth knowing before you start.

What Realsee gives you today

Realsee is a 3D tour platform. As of October 2026, the Realsee website lists capture with a phone, with mainstream 360 cameras such as Insta360 and Ricoh, or with its own Galois LiDAR cameras, and it runs on pay-as-you-go credits.

Realsee's 3D tour editor page lists guided navigation with clickable hotspots, multimedia labels, floor plans, white label branding and an option to share or embed tours anywhere. That covers capture and presentation well.

What the editor page does not describe is a way for a visitor to ask a question about the home and get an answer inside the tour. That is the gap an AI assistant fills.

Why add an AI assistant to a 3D tour

A 3D tour shows the space. Buyers still have questions the tour cannot answer by itself. What are the fees? How far is the nearest school? When can I move in? Is there parking?

On a plain tour, those questions go into a contact form or go unasked. Many tour visits also happen in the evening, on weekends or from other time zones, when your office is closed.

An AI assistant answers while the buyer is still looking at the home, and it tells your team who was looking. Our guide to what an AI concierge for real estate is explains the idea in more detail.

How to add Path to a Realsee tour

You keep your existing Realsee tour. Path embeds it, so nothing is rescanned.

  1. Copy the public share link of your Realsee tour.

  2. In Path, go to Properties, click Create property, choose Full Path Experience and then Link a 3D walkthrough.

  3. Enter the Property Name, the Address and the 3D tour link.

  4. Add the property website, a contact phone number and the target audience (Buyer, Investor, Renter or Other) if you have them.

  5. Select the AI agent and click Create 3D tour.

  6. Share the tour link with buyers or embed it on your website.

Linking a 3D tour, including Realsee and Matterport, needs Path+ or above. Path Lite covers photo tours built from your listing photos.

What the assistant does inside the tour

Path's concierge is called Ella, and each property can set its own agent name and pick one of Path's agents or a voice clone. Buyers type a question or hold the mic and talk. A mute button silences narration.

  • Languages: buyers pick from 42+ languages in the language picker, and the concierge is available 24/7.

  • Your information: answers come from a knowledge base built from your property website, an uploaded property details document and your Custom Instructions.

  • The neighborhood: Path looks up nearby places on Google within 5 km, such as schools, parks, gyms, transit and airports, and can pin them on a map with walking and driving times.

  • Fallback: if the knowledge base lacks an answer, the concierge can fall back to a web search.

The concierge is instructed to answer only from the property information and the conversation, and never to invent a number. Every tour also shows a short note that AI may provide inaccurate information and that important details should be verified.

Realsee and other providers compared with Matterport

Path handles Matterport and other 3D tours a little differently, and it helps to know how.

With Matterport, Path loads the model, reads the Mattertags, takes a snapshot at each one, names each space and builds one space per room. It then precomputes the room order, questions and narration, so the guide can move the visitor from room to room. The setup screen says it usually takes about a minute.

With Realsee, Enviz, Marble or any other https tour link, Path embeds the tour and wraps it with the AI guide. Automatic room detection only works for Matterport. The buyer moves around the Realsee tour as usual while the concierge answers questions alongside it.

If room-by-room guidance matters most to you and you already have Matterport scans, our page on the Matterport AI assistant covers that setup. If your tours live on Realsee, linking them gives buyers answers and gives your team named leads without changing your capture workflow.

Capture buyers, follow up and share the tour

Before the tour opens, each visitor enters a name, a valid email and a valid phone number and ticks a consent box saying their information will be shared with the listing agent. A late-night visit becomes a person your team can contact.

Path emails the owner a new visitor alert after a visitor's first interaction, with their details and a summary of the conversation. In the dashboard, Visitor Profiles shows each visitor's full conversation history and a 0-100 Conversion Score based on engagement, recency and the buyer profile they shared.

Buyers who are ready can use Book a viewing in the tour menu. It opens your scheduling link, such as Calendly or Acuity, or sends you a meeting request by email, and the buyer gets a confirmation.

Visitors can be synced to HubSpot or Follow Up Boss, one at a time or automatically, or exported as a CSV. Teams at brokerages and developers can see how this fits their process on those pages.

Every Path tour has a permanent public link that needs no account. You can copy it, or send it to a client's email or phone from the dashboard.

To put it on your own site, Path gives you embed code in three formats, a floating Chat Widget, an Inline iFrame and a full-screen Landing Page. It works with WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace or custom code, and you can set the widget's color, agent name, avatar and position. You can try a live example on our demo page.
