Path Intelligence Wins SPARC Ignite 2026, Earns South Florida's Seat at the Startup World Cup

Path Intelligence named SPARC Ignite 2026 winner on stage at Converge Miami

MIAMI, September 29, 2026 - Path Intelligence, the AI Sales Agent for Real Estate, has won SPARC Ignite 2026, earning the seat that represents South Florida at the Startup World Cup Grand Finale in San Francisco this November, where the company will compete for a $1,000,000 investment prize from Pegasus Tech Ventures.

SPARC Ignite, presented by The Source, took place on September 26 at Converge Miami. Forty founders from Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties pitched on a single stage. Each had three minutes and no slides to present, followed by live questions from a judging panel of Alejandra Slatapolsky, Kevin Cadette, Meagan Williams, Ryan Pruitt and Sonja Markova.

The win is Path's second in seven weeks. In August, the company took first place out of more than 400 applicants in the Open Pitch competition at Invest Fest in Atlanta, which came with a $125,000 investment from the Open Opportunity Fund and Earn Your Leisure.

The Pitch

Founder and CEO Nate Robert-Eze made the same argument he has been making on every stage this year: developers spend millions getting buyers to look at a property online and get back little more than a view count. Buyers browse anonymously, their questions go unanswered, and serious interest leaves without ever raising its hand.

"Three minutes goes fast. You get one shot to explain why real estate is still being sold with flat photos and a phone number, and then the judges find out if you actually know your business," said Robert-Eze. "This one means a lot because it's Miami. That's where the foundation for Path is currently being built, and now we get to carry South Florida into San Francisco."

The Technology

Path puts an AI guide inside every property. Buyers explore a space online and ask questions in plain language, in more than 42 languages, at any hour. The AI answers in real time, reads engagement to score buyer intent, and tells the sales team who is serious before the first call.

"We like to say we turn the first call to make it feel like the fifth call," Robert-Eze told Refresh Miami.

Buyers who give a typical listing about a minute spend around 20 minutes inside a Path experience. Path has delivered experiences for developers including Hines and Kolter Homes, with properties selling roughly 40 percent faster.

What Comes Next

Path now turns to the Startup World Cup Grand Finale in San Francisco this November, where regional winners from around the world compete for a $1,000,000 investment prize. Between now and the finale, the company is focused on delivering for the developers already using Path and bringing it to more of their properties.

Path Intelligence thanks The Source for building a stage for South Florida founders, the judges for their time and hard questions, and the partners who made the day possible: The Fund Pool, University of Miami Cane Angel Network, The HUB at Office Logic, J.P. Morgan, World Famous House of Mac, 305 Forward, Inc., Startup World Cup and Pegasus Tech Ventures. Path also congratulates every founder who pitched at SPARC Ignite this year.
