Path Intelligence Wins Open Pitch at InvestFest 2026

ATLANTA, August 10, 2026 — Path Intelligence has won the Open Pitch competition at Invest Fest 2026, taking first place and a $125,000 investment from the Open Opportunity Fund and Earn Your Leisure.

Open Pitch received more than 400 applications this year. Four finalists presented live on the main stage at the Georgia World Congress Center before a judging panel of Master P, La La Anthony, Angela Simmons, and Dr. Paul Judge. The panel awarded $250,000 in total capital, naming Path Intelligence and Groundwork Health as this year's winners.

The Pitch

Founder and CEO Nate Robert-Eze presented the company's central argument: real estate is still being sold with flat photos and a phone number, and the industry has no reliable system for capturing what buyers actually want.

"Standing up there and telling that room that real estate is still being sold with flat photos and a phone number, and that Path is the fix, was one of the most alive I have ever felt," said Robert-Eze. "When they called our name, I put my hand on my chest and took it in. Not because of the money, but because of the team that earned it."

The Technology

Path turns any property into an AI powered, always on, immersive experience. Buyers move through a space and ask questions in plain language. The AI answers in real time, qualifies serious interest, and routes those buyers directly to the sales team.

At the Ritz-Carlton Residences at South Station Tower in Boston, 44% of the buyers who took a Path tour booked a meeting, and almost half of that tour traffic arrived after the sales office had closed.

What Comes Next

The investment will support expansion into new markets, continued product development, and bringing Path experiences to more properties and developments.
