Edgewise Eva alternative: the AI sales agent inside your virtual tour

Edgewise Eva alternative: the AI sales agent inside your virtual tour

Path AI concierge greeting a buyer at the start of a virtual property tour on a phone

Edgewise Eva and Path both use AI to qualify buyers for new development. They work in different places.

Eva lives inside Edgewise, an AI-powered CRM, and engages leads on the web, by SMS and by email. Path lives inside the property experience. Ella, Path's AI concierge, answers buyers 24/7 in 42+ languages while they tour. Path then scores every visitor, so your team can see who to call first.

The short answer

  • Pick Edgewise and Eva if you want one system for inventory, leads and transactions, with an AI agent that works the leads already in your pipeline.

  • Pick Path if you want buyers qualified inside the tour itself, by voice or text and in 42+ languages, with intent scored from how they engage.

  • They cover different steps of the sale. You can run both, but they don't connect directly today.

Where each one works

Eva works from the leads in your Edgewise pipeline. Edgewise calls Eva "the first AI sales agent built for new development." It analyzes, engages, qualifies and escalates leads. When Eva is assigned a lead, it works with the buyer until the lead meets preset qualification thresholds. Then it hands the relationship to a human agent. If the lead cools off, the agent can hand it back. Eva is also Edgewise's AI interface, so agents and managers can ask it about leads and sales performance in plain language.

Path works inside the property experience. Buyers open a photo, 360° or 3D tour and talk to the concierge while they look around. They can take a guided tour room by room or explore on their own. To ask something, they type a question or hold the mic and talk. The concierge answers from your website, your property documents, your own instructions and nearby places from Google Places. It can also pin those places on a map with walking and driving times.

Where they overlap

  • Both qualify buyers through AI conversations and capture budget, timeline and preferences.

  • Both hand qualified buyers to a person. Eva passes the relationship to an agent. Path scores every visitor, emails you after a new visitor's first interaction and lists hot leads in your dashboard.

  • Both help your team follow up. Edgewise drafts personalized email and SMS using the full lead context. Path drafts personalized emails and call scripts for your visitors.

Where Path is different

  • The conversation happens during the tour. Buyers ask questions while they look at the space, and the guide can walk them from room to room.

  • Intent comes from the tour. Every visitor gets a 0–100 Conversion Score. It reflects how much they engage with the concierge, how recently they were active and what they share on the guided tour about intent, timeline, household and priorities.

  • 42+ languages, by voice or text. Buyers choose their language before the tour starts.

  • It works with the tours you already have. Paste the public share link from an existing Matterport tour, and Path builds a guided tour from your model, usually in about a minute. You don't need a Matterport API key or a re-scan. Tours from other 3D providers are embedded with the concierge on top. 360° and 3D tours need Path+ or above.

  • It shows patterns across a property's visitors. Property Insights shows the questions people ask most, where they come from, why they're buying, household mix and purchase timeline.

Where Edgewise does more

Edgewise is a full CRM for development sales. Path is not. If you need any of these, Edgewise covers them and Path doesn't:

  • Inventory: stacking plans, real-time availability and pricing, listing syndication

  • Transactions: online reservations, offers, contracts, deposits, commissions, e-signature and payment processing

  • Development reporting: price per square foot, days on market, funnel conversion from lead to purchase, and lead source attribution

When to choose Path, Eva or both

Choose Path if:

  • Buyers find you through virtual tours, your website or shared listing links, and you want to know who's serious before anyone calls

  • You sell to buyers who speak different languages

  • You already have Matterport, 360° or 3D tours and want buyers to get answers inside them

  • You use HubSpot or Follow Up Boss, or you just need a scored visitor list you can export

Choose Edgewise and Eva if:

  • You want to replace your CRM with one built for development sales

  • You need inventory, reservations and contracts in the same system as your leads

  • You want an AI agent to engage and qualify the leads already in your pipeline by web, SMS and email

Use both if you run Edgewise as your CRM and want buyers qualified inside the tour before they reach your team.

Can you use both?

Yes, as two separate tools. Path doesn't integrate with Edgewise today, so you'll move leads between them by hand. In practice:

  • Put the Path tour on your website with embed code: a chat widget, an inline iframe or a full-screen landing page. It works with WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace or custom code.

  • Share the tour's permanent public link in any email or text your team sends. Buyers don't need an account to open it.

  • Export Path's visitor list to CSV. Ask Edgewise how it imports leads.

How Path hands qualified buyers to your team

  • Before the tour, visitors enter their name, email and phone and agree to share them with the listing agent.

  • After a visitor's first interaction, you get an email with their details and a summary of the conversation.

  • Buyers can book through your own scheduling link or send a meeting request, which lands in your inbox.

  • Visitor Profiles gives every visitor a 0–100 Conversion Score, and you can sort the list by it. Hot Leads shows signals like budget, timeline and financing, and Path drafts a personalized email and call script.

  • Sync visitors to HubSpot or Follow Up Boss, by hand or automatically, or export them to CSV.

Yes. Path Lite has a 14-day free trial, once per account. It covers photo tours with the AI concierge, lead capture and scoring. 360° and 3D tours need Path+. As of September 2026, edgewise.io lists no free trial, and its calls to action are demo requests.

Can Path and Edgewise work together?
